With the decline of Gen 3 how crazy is it to call Gen 0 the strongest gen now? Miko has always been strong but she has been hot as hell for the entire year. Suisei is as strong as ever. AZKi is being moved into the box and her songs are performing better than ever. Of course you also have Roboco bringing up the rear but every Gen has one of those.

The only other gen with a claim is Gen 2 but most of that gen never streams.

Man, both of them were already top tier Holo's well before MiComet really hit its peak.

Miko had already inclined to about a mid teir Holo by 2020 and her return concert shot her to the moon. She had a massive amount of tourists watching that stream and the tourists never left. She has been among the Hololive Elite (heh) ever since that stream.

Suisei's major incline was Ghost and her live performance of it at her 3D live last year. Again, just like Miko her music was already doing pretty well before Ghost but that song, along with the live performance, shot her to the moon and her music only became more popular.

I heard about maybe a couple of themed Karaokes, but that's only going to appeal to those that like the theme.
Miko creating holo wrestlers appeals to pretty much anyone (even people who DON'T know hololive). Startend introduced a bunch of folks in the FPS community to Hololive. Holofes introduced a bunch of general audiences with Korone's kick and smol Ame mascot clips going viral.

Luxiem did introduce the Chinese audience though, so I'll give them that. Although the full effects of that decision are yet to play out.

Actually her last public karaoke was more than a month ago, 3rd of April. Though it's funny to note that Mumei didn't receive any sort of buff from such a gap in her karaokes. Yeah that's part of why it's so hard for small streamers and groups to grow.
There's a huge feedback loop with how fan communities work.
The larger and more active the community the more you can do and the easier it is to get people to be involved and stay.
Smaller streamers really struggle with losing people when there isn't enough going on outside of streams to keep people coming back.
