Unironically, even if he had the lowest numbers, Nojaloli had the most impact on the industry of any of the Four Heavenly Kings. The other Kings were super-successful, sure, but they were mostly just copying what Ai had done. I'd do it, hell I've been thinking about being a Roman vtuber or a Napoleonic vtuber for a good while now, I'd play the shit out of the Total War series and tell stories on cool shit throughout history, I'd be able to study history instead of computing science which would mean I'd actually enjoy waking up and going to university, only problem is I don't think there'd be a big enough audience for me to break even on the model commission, and I'd have to probably pay significantly more to the artist so the uniform/ armour is historically accurate.

Kizuna = Washington - founded the entire scene. Vtubing would not exist without her.
Sora/Mito = Jefferson. Codified many of the modern vtubing conventions you see today. Without them, Vtubers are either still uploading prerecorded content clips or just twitch streamers with avatars.
Coco/Mori/Vox = Roosevelt. People who expanded vtubing territory by bringing it to new audiences. Gura doesn't really fit because the pedo audience was already into anime and Vtubers.
Ironmouse = Lincoln. Solved the holo/niji war by espousing unity and collabing with all sides while also breaking into the twitch audience.

Honestly, outside of Ai-chan and Mito, there really hasn't been anyone significant enough in this industry that's only a little over 5 years old. Maybe YuNi for being the first self-professed VSinger if we want to shoe-in the VSinger side of the industry, but even that's a bit of a stretch. Vtubers weren't "idols" before Sora. Sora sang and everyone followed, even Kizuna started focusing on singing quite a bit, it was basically her main thing by the end. Also that "idol" image is the reason hololive is so succesful, it's a cohesive unit rather than just a random group of streamers.
Even when Kizuna and Siro and Akari were far more popular than her Sora was notable because she was making absolute bank (for the time) from her small audience giving her money.
Sora is the primary reason modern vtubing is what it is.
