Watame had a sololive last year, she was busy with vocal training, dance lessons and recording 10+ new originals and yet she was still one of the holos who streamed the most during that time.
Seiyuus have multiple roles every season which requires hours and hours of practice and recordings, game recordings, TV dubbing, then they host their own radio shows and go to TV shows to promote the new seasonal animes.
Vtuber sponsorships are mostly just using the MMD image made by some intern.
Unless any of you can list me 50+ different sponsorships she's been in for the past year, one every week, I don't buy it

You know, I used to pretty much borderline anti aqua, I'd even spam her chat whenever I could and when she lost the tournament, I made sure to leave as many bad comments and tweets from as many different accounts as I could, all in nip of course and no not using a TL machine, now whether she's read then or not I have no clue but I know one thing for sure, is that I regret doing it and went back and deleted everything.
