It's really dumb to take anything said here at face value, so I looked up some clips about this Iroha gachikoi stuff. I found two English-subbed clips, although there are probably dozens of Japanese ones about this.
In these clips Iroha talks about her gachikois and how embarrased she is when people publicly admit to being a gachikoi for Iroha. She did not deject them or insult them, just said that she gets embarrased when people announce their love for her.
In her ASMR clip, she says that she's ok with her gachikois and she allows them to exist. However, she prefers that her gachikois act in a way that she can't see them, which I presume she means social media and her chat. The reasoning being that she's embarrased.
You can take that however you want, but I personally think that she's just being shy and cutesy about it rather than cold and distant. But I'm just a clip watcher so what do I know?
