The first instance was a bit past Council’s debut, and the second was noting ID3, unless I’ve missed another one or am otherwise mistaken. Whatsoever this eludes to is obvious for the most part, but I don’t know if she outright meant she disliked her design. Other items addressed ITT are the smaller quips mentioned by her chat from time to time, specifically her hair and horns.
She is indeed very professional, and rarely if ever directly states a chagrin about chuuba work flatly. I don’t recall her saying “I want this” openly unless it was accessories like cat ears.

I blame Cover more than I blame Redjuice, although he isn’t entirely without scrutiny. They hold the power, and it is ultimately on them to either boot him or not. Well, one big hinderance is not being privy to any information on where the hangup occurs. Cover’s statement said, if I’m recalling this properly, that IRyS’ outfit wasn’t up to snuff and needed more time. Several months later, there’s not hide nor hair about it being mentioned by them. Is this caused by Redjuice being busy? Perhaps, and that’s sound enough, but one suggestion that floated around was that IRyS herself —not Cover, allegedly — took issue with the state of her unreleased outfit, which I don’t trust at mere conjecture. All of this obfuscation either has a purpose or is a smokescreen to hide incompetence.

The only issue I see is other artists not wanting to take the job out of respect and cover not wanting to admit they made a mistake. As far as we know, and it's likely, she had nothing to do with initiating the voice swap collabs. Like every other collab she's been in, she probably just let others come up with the idea and just show up. She has some of the most stale content in HoloEN.
