Best vtuber song ever, and likely won't be topped is Unison by Marine. It is a masterpiece.
A close second contender in my opinion would be Risu's ALiCE&u

Which is very impressive given that I like them for completely different reasons. Unison is great because of all the sonic palettes Yunomi uses and how the song crescendos beautifully and subtlely, meanwhile ALiCE&u I like based on performance alone. Risu's voice is fucking angelic and she is technically the best singer in Hololive. Marine also has a very good voice and knocks it out of the park in Unison, but Risu is in another plane of existence.
3rd would be Gura's Reflect, which is very catchy although somewhat basic in terms of composition and lyrical content. Still, it is infectious and the chorus gets to me very fast.
