It's more complicated than that, long story short China is set to hit a demographics crunch in the 2030s because of their one child policy. Well eventho Noctyx's numbers are embarrassing sometimes next to Luxiem's, they're still by far the 2nd most successful NijiEN wave.

The drawback of "Accelerate!" is overlap hell and while Luxiem has suffered from it recently, the NijiEN girl numbers are stable/inclining even with more overlap.
The benefit ofc is the extra bodies that make large collabs much easier to organize and hype up, which NijiEN has taken advantage of every week. Like how we're lucky to get 1 HoloEN collab a week when NijiEN can have multiple 4+ member collabs.

tl;dr Accelerate has worked twice in a row now for NijiEN so I don't see why they'll stop. Don't see any of their new gens getting close to Luxiem in the future, but that's fine.
