Yuuna and Meru have been pretty upfront in their statements about how they'd been considering leaving for a while, but I think the circumstances of the past few weeks probably pushed them to leave earlier than initially intended.
As for Kallin and Mio, maybe it crossed their minds a few times but I don't think either of them were seriously thinking about it until Urara left, and then finding out that the other half of their gen was leaving on top of that probably solidified the decision.

The company's brand has been completely destroyed by this, no prospective talent with any sense is going to audition for a company that's haemorrhaged most of its known staff and half of its talent in under a month. This is one of the few things I DON'T see happening. After S-Train who was booted out, all the talents and staff have built up close friendships and good relations between each other. Tsunderia has problems, but they are not the same problems as CL or MH. There's not gonna be stories of bullying or harassment.
I do think we'll see a lot disappointed talk around "why should I stay in a company if the benefits aren't there"

Don't watch much Holo or Niji, but from what I understand they at least also work on sponsorships, merch, and events to promote the talents. Tsunderia didn't do much of any of that as far as I can tell. It took Yuuna's success at merch to finally prod Tsunderia to make merch, after all.
But then again, what the anon before you said is true too. It is kind of a two way street. It's cute and endearing hearing that the girls don't listen to management when things are steady and the management are chuubas themselves but it isn't actually a good thing for the talents to be doing.
If/when Tsunderia goes under it might be chalked up to mismanagement coupled with a lot of the first chuubas they hired not really being cut out for being in a corpo, not for lack of talent but their temperament.

Mech eng here. This profession is absolutely awful. You have to crawl on the ground and lick people's boots just to be given a garbage job over viewing maintenance. The only two STEM careers I'd say can still be passable right now are electrical (not just electronics which is what people think about generally, also power is doing well) and software engineering. And I'm not sure for how much longer.

The guy I know that made the most bank is an electrical engineer that learned how to code and got into automation/PLCs/SCADAs and shit. Especially because in industrial settings you frequently run into the need to expand or modify existing systems, and its hard to not hire the guy that built it so each new project will probably net you a bunch of future jobs too. To be fair he's also like 60 so I don't know how well that would work now.

I'm an electrical engineer that works in a pretty specialized field and help out with interviews and hiring. Every entry level job that we post gets flooded with 20 or 30 resumes and well over 75% of those resumes already have job experience. It's really hard to get your foot in the door as a fresh college graduate but if you can, it's pretty easy to get good upward mobility. Lots of places are really hurting for professional engineers too.
