Any writing tips that you can share? I tried to write some fics based on some ideas I have before but I always have trouble making it flow well and not out of character. Read more and start noticing how your fav authors flow their sentences and word choices so you can emulate them in your own works as best as you can. The next part(which is the hard part), is to keep writing. Write like shit then work your way from there. Keep trying to apply the styles you've seen until it becomes yours. You already have the imagination to think up scenes, and unfortunately the slog of writing the setup is something you're going to have to go through if you intend to write "full" stories. If not, start by just writing those scenes you have in your head, then think about how things would've led to said scene and what happens after. You'll see improvement as you keep writing, so good luck.
