Urara was literally the face of Tsunderia whether she liked it or not. A huge amount of appeal tsunderia had was its "open management" which was entirely reliant on Urara and char to a lesser extent, being able to stream and talk about what was going on.

With Urara gone its not just a management restructuring but the entire front face of your company being wiped clean.
It was possible to survive, but when you consider how little Tsunderia was doing for them otherwise that's a massive hit and there's not a real reason for talents to stay on.

As rough as this sounds, Tsunderia as a company should be okay. Char was basically useless. Urara never streamed and by her own admission was frequently ignored by their chuubas, so her presence didn't accomplish much. Kallin and Meru were entertaining, but completely unreliable. Orla doesn't have any unique skills except being personable, which is common enough. Tack on her model debuff which she chose herself and it looks even worse for her. Yuuna and Miori are bad losses, can't deny that, but look who they still have. Purin, Hanabi (assuming she's still alive), Amiya, Lisa, Nen, and Tomo are all S-tier singers. Tomo and Kazu are both talented and respected producers. Kazu and Ami each stream at least 6 times a week, and Lisa and Nen around 5 times a week. Maybe they're actually going through with the rebrand and only keeping VTubers they know they can depend on for the future (plus Purin because she's already been through too much shit as it is).
Okay look I know this is copium, but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt for no other reason than Meru still gave the company a seemingly genuine and heartfelt sendoff in her letter, something she did not need to do. Until more information comes out, I'll continue enjoying TsunDream, hoping Purin doesn't cancel more streams, and waiting patiently for Hanabi's karaoke return and new outfit reveal. Things will never be the same, but that doesn't mean there won't be a tomorrow
