There's a lot of good artists on twitch/youtube that stream to <50 people.
Technically my oshi indie is a "pro" artist, but she just does freelance and is admittedly /int/ tier at best. but i know a bunch of other artists who just aren't as good at talking but are better at art who stream to really low numbers.

Chances are she just spoke lower at and around debut because she was nervous, a lot of people do that subconsciously. The change was gradual and it's obvious she's a lot more comfortable now overall, so what you hear currently is most likely her natural tone.

Ura may have rarely streamed but she was undeniably an important part of the company in a lot of other ways, from being the public face (and meme fountain), to doing a ton of work that was publicly accredited to her, to just being vocally well-regarded by basically all of the talents. Her presence went way beyond her actual vtubing and even now you can barely watch a Tsunderia stream without being reminded that she was there, so losing her was definitely a huge blow to the brand.
Char on the other hand, yeah, basically a ghost. I don't doubt she was doing important behind-the-scenes work, but from the outside I don't think her absence will be felt very much because she barely felt like she was there to begin with. I hate to say it, but I honestly think if it didn't come right after Ura's resignation and everybody wasn't already in panic mode then there wouldn't have been that strong of a reaction to Char stepping down at all.

I know Char hasn't been streaming much in general, but she was always the face of AMAs and things like that to communicate management decisions.

Without the view into the back workings of tsunderia, it no longer has that special factor a lot of people came to tsunderia for (and a lot of the smaller vtubers who also liked watching)

I don't think tsunderia will instantly die because of this or anything, but i think they'll have a lot of trouble in their future endeavors and if they try a new gen it'll probably flop.
