So how many months do you give it before the majority of EN indies quit out of frustration, since HoloEN will probably stop at Gen 2? I give it until Q4 of 2021, maybe not even that. We're already seeing tons of them """""graduate""""" and it's not even Summer yet.

Same could be said for HoloID Gen1. Prior to HoloEN's debut, ID was largely ignored despite them all speaking English. By your own logic, people could have seen how ID's numbers were (low) and think the same about HoloEN. But, obviously, that ended up not being the case.

Once NijiEN debuts, NijiIN and NijiID will see the same EN buff that HoloEN brought HoloID.

I don't think there's any hope for indies at this point, and most (if not all) of them (including ours) should just quit while they're ahead. Hololive has over six-thousand applicants to choose from going forward into the future. Why would they even search for more applicants at this point? Don't get me started on Niji. It literally is entirely dependent on Hololive. Vshojo barely pull in 5k viewers, and Niji's almost always stagnate in the 10-20k sub range, with less than 10% of their viewership actually tuning to watch a stream.

Realistically, I hope that most of the indies quit so that the good ones can be noticed. If you're an indie and you're reading this, quit while you're ahead. You'll never be a member of Hololive (6000 applicants), Niji, or any other actual agency, since Cover and Niji have a monopoly on the corporate world. You'll live in 10-50 viewer purgatory until either Abigail is proven right and the Rapture happens or until the heat-death of the universe.

Be careful when you compare twitch's 5k live viewers with youtube's 5k live viewers. Youtube hides a lot of the real number, while twitch doesnt. If you dont believe me, just compare vod views of streamers with similar live counts from each platform.
