So many great things about her.
1.Multilingual
2. Smart
3. Varied experiences in life. (Comes with travel )

buuuuuuut the shit things...

1. Numberfagging. that right there came off as ultrabitchy and gave people a bad taste. Banter is great, ultrabants are fun... but that was like the first en/jp collab and it came off as cunty.

2. the yuri's baiting comes across as forced af.. and annoying.

3. Attention whoring. She can play the straight man, but when she tries to be maniczanycrazy it can come across as forced, cringey, and suffocating. The show cant be all ham. Let the other ones get a joke in, let the stream ebb and flow for everyone to get some spotlight. Also, her blue jokes are just gross and unfunny. yes, babies shit themselves. it's just not very clever.

Her interview streams and language streams show that she can really play an excellent supporting role while still leading a stream. they are fun to watch.

Personally? I think a new character outfit would be great. I think there is alot of elegance to her personality that she never gets to use because her current outfit is a bit clownish (2 hats, too many bright colors).

I think part of the reason she's controversial is her voice (to some it's fine, but to others it's grating; the majority of the time a natural human voice is better-sounding than one that's been pitched up unnaturally high, and tends to be more attractive) and the other part is her tendency to force gimmicks that don't really work or click with other members (mainly the TakaMori gimmick in particular; it's clear when watching any stream with Calli and Kiara, Kiara's gotten right into it but Calli feels very awkward due to the dynamic Kiara is trying to force the two of them into). If she fixed those two issues, she would be much easier to enjoy. If she still had her old mic from ages ago though that would legit suck because that mic fucking sucked to say the absolute least

This. The only bit I would fix is that pekora isnt the only one she can learn from. If she were to learn anything from pekora it would be that there is a difference from being a whiny bitch and a gamer. Pekora didn't get popular for playing the whining card, she got popular from her gaming moments. Her luck and her cockiness in playing the game only to be brought back down provided peak entertainment without the drama.

Kiara is already plenty unique enough and would have been more popular had she not been a massive drama queen about everything. I would have suggested for her to be herself, but unfortunately Kiara identifies too much as a victim. Her numberfagging also stems from this insecurity when she has no need for it.

Gura is probably the closest thing to Pekora in that Gura just plays games to enjoy the game. She's not good at them, and she makes stupid mistakes, but her reactions to in game moments are what keep her audience entertained much like with Pekora.

Try to get better stream times, streaming during JP primetime is a bad idea, I wanted to watch some of her streams but I had another stream to watch, the KY streams were the first solo streams that I managed to catch and the first one was good
Don't get so frustrated at games, they are games, if you have issues like in your KY2 try to solve them instead of getting frustrated, it sounds stupid but she can pause the stream 5 mins, google the issue while she talks to her chat to fill the void
But she is doing great in terms of supers and she has a lot of green names in her chat so you should't worry too much for her, remember that Fubuki has a huge chunk of the JP fanbase that doesn't like her, it's bad to try to appeal to everyone

I pretty much agree with all of this. Her trying to copy everyone else makes her seem very inauthentic, it's just cringeworthy and feeds right into the narrative that she's a numberfag jumping on bandwagons for subs.
I understand why she doesn't want dead air, I wouldn't either, but it's a recipe for disaster if she tries to force herself to talk when she has nothing to say; it's simple probability she'll something she'll regret. If she's struggling for things to say she should play a different game that allows more commentary (not Minecraft or other building games).
Her design is over complicated and doesn't suit her. It's got too many themes and is over saturated. A whore miniskirt, a waitress top, two hats, a sword/shield thing that looks like a preschool toy and the chicken drum sticks look stupid as hell. Also orange, too much orange. She needs to ditch all of it and go with the phoenix thing only. A more conservative and feminine design would suit her girly voice better.
