My personal favorites in order are the following:

Suisei: she has amazing range and control, but she’s not flexible in how she sings.

Gura: she’s an amazing singer with good control and soul to her singing, only thing restricting her is her being so self conscious and afraid to push her boundaries. With some proper lessons she could be my favorite.

Risu: she’s amazing as a singer, great control and range but a bit lower due to my own bias otherwise she would be number one.

Enna : she has neutral placement, wobbly and not stable on her lower range, falsetto and head dominant voice on her high notes. I don't remember her sounding like this, the last time I heard her sing, her high notes were very awful and grating. I'm glad she opted for head dominant voice instead.

Irys is better technically but her forward placement may be an acquired taste for some people, however it's very common among japanese singers.
