Because they don't. When the most frequent demonetization/shadowbanning was happening, Nijisanji weren't magically not getting hit by it. Ratna Petit had her channel deleted for a while because of youtube flagging her ASMR content.
Hololive break more guidelines regularly with their constant unarchived karaoke's which they think gives them free reign to use any copyrighted song as long they delete the stream instantly, even though that's not how it works. They're lucky as fuck they don't have companies putting pressure on youtube, since Kiara started that loophole of just running a donation stream directly after she ends her unarchived karaokes.
