I think a lot of consideration was given onto when to put out their heavy hitters. I think it worked, the talking sections in between let you rest and build up hype for the next batch of singers.

It is not a wrong notion at all. Opening acts tend to be warm ups for the main act, but this mainly applies to tours where a big name is headlining and lesser acts are either brought along or more local talent showcased. V-Carnival on the other hand is an event where different companies showcase their talents and thus a more even distribution is needed. Not to mention it is online which I suspect brings new concerns with keeping the viewership watching advertisements through the whole event as opposed to an IRL festival where people are going to come and go according at their own pace according to their schedule and the billboards are going to stay there regardless and bring less money anyway. Last year Suisei had throat pain, and though she went to see a doctor the doctor didn't have anything to say. Some time later I don't recall when but at least close to the end of the year, she sought, and found a new doctor, one that was recommended to her by others. The new doctor is not useless and found out what was causing the pain, it was inflammation and swelling near her vocal cords. It was caused by a combination of allergies, acid reflux, and her straining her voice with all of her singing. On the recommendation of the doctor, and as part of other treatments, such as allergy medication, she has changed the voice she was using to be closer to her real voice. Since the change she has been able to stream more consistently. Also the new voice is lower in tone and sexier.

As expected, Suisei and Koroazu still aren't used to each other, but it seems like they could get along with each other well sooner or later. She's someone who's living the dream yet at the same time she's very approachable, akin to a neighbor turned celebrity. Her personality is both the ideal yet you can also say that she's someone like (You).
Even then, she's the embodiment of living by doing what you love. She puts up one of the least facades in hololive, she is quite literally her character, making it easier to get to know her. Her humor is crude, but that only serves to elevate her cute side even more when she shows it off. Her competitive nature makes her one of the holos that are very tolerable to watch because most of the time she's not acting like a headless chicken in games.
Her never give up attitude is really inspiring and isn't particularly overbearing, partly due to you knowing where she comes from. The contrast of being a cool idol in her performances while being a massive dork in her streams is something she does very well at balancing.
She's one of the holos who work their hardest to put on a show for her fans because she wants to, not because she wants to get money out of it. She makes her 3D lives free so everyone can see it and talk about it, and only asks that people give her more work to do rather than making people purchase it.
Her prideful attitude (in only wanting to show only the best for herself and her fans) is kept in check by her down-to-earth mentality. She always gives credit where it's due and will never settle for anything unless it's really the most she can give.
She has simple tastes and loves in life, and she doesn't let anything get between her and achieving them.

She is simultaneously the "Otaku Idol" that you cheer for on the stage, and the "Idol Otaku" that cheers for her beside you. HOSIMATI_SUISEI.

It's not 100% accurate to say that how she is speaking now is her "real voice"
Who are we to dictate what is her real voice, How would anyone know that except Suisei herself?

I watched it live when it was on Youtube. After they took it off Youtube, I still went out of my way to watch it on their website, until they took away the Live2D and went static image only. After that I would just read the translations on twitter later and skim the VOD comments for anything interesting. Also part of the appeal of the show for me was the live singing and the first and last few months didn't have much of that due to the multiple COVID lockdowns.

Yeah, Music Space definitely is something that could have been translated and had they done that, it could boosted both Suisei and the guests with EOPs flocking to listen to it as word of subtitles gets around. Entirely different matter of course whether they want such attention, though you'd think musically oriented chuubas at least wouldn't object to more views propping them up on the algorithm.

By the way, the Music Space episodes on the Bunka Housou channel have Japanese subtitles, which is very helpful for your reps. Aside from that, it seems like autotranslate uses those subs and produces a somewhat comprehensible garble instead of complete garble, although I hesitate to recommend it to EOPs as it's still a machine translation and occasionally completely incorrect.
