I get that they'll end up being unofficial EN members anyway, but why all this focus on Indonesia? They could easily find multilingual talents from all the other SEA countries.

IN is bigger than most people think, and it's a market that they have complete dominance on.
ES/EU/etc are untested, HoloEN is a high-profile, highly contested market and other dumb shit like IN or KR are doomed by default, so Cover is likely padding out time in a region that they know will be successful.
