The general rule of thumb is Twitch if your content is primarily based on livestreaming and YouTube if your content is primarily pre-recorded and edited.

>Do you think there's an audience for X, Y, Z content?
First, ask yourself if you would watch a streamer of your skill and experience. Second, do a check on social media and look to see if other streamers are already creating similar content. Don't limit yourself to vtubers, include traditional real life streamers to scope out a potential audience.

The right is legible on a phone, I don't think Gura uses small red/white bubble-letter fonts anymore. It's also noteworthy to mention that it's harder to focus on tasts with an overly intrusive slow-moving chat.

I'll probably specify a transparent background overlay with contrast fonts output end because of first-person gaming.

You can't simultaneously partner as far as I know. I don't know if Twitch has a Promoted feature like YouTube does for their videos. The latter's Premier and increased non-gamer audience reach has been helpful. Can you upload clips on Twitch? I think the overall consensus is Twitch is better for regular streamer growth, where jewtube is better for shorts/edited compilations, if you can do all four plus Tweet, that'd probably great for you.

You seem to have enough doodads on the entire design.
If you want more uniqueness, you're really looking at details in accessories, eyes, lips or hair (how fluffy, how curvy, highlights).
While I don't think you need more cyborg elements, you could make the bra cups look solid like the gorget, add RGB colors to the hair clip or put some neon lights on the iris.

Kinda, but not really. I haven't done this myself, but it should be fairly simple assuming you know how to work with VRMs and are using VSeeFace or similar,

The hairpin could use something in it for sure.
Eye LEDs could be neat, I tried out doing a Neptunia CPU style power symbol iris before I settled on the iridescent irises, but maybe could try something that ties into the rest of the design.

Lighting is a huge factor. I have a keylight for photography and out of curiosity tested it vs just having my default room lighting and the difference is insane, my tracking went from pretty good to insanely accurate. Obviously not everyone can or should invest in a keylight but decent lighting will absolutely help out. I grabbed a lamp and just use that for a bit of added light because key lights are annoying as fuck
