I've actually found this to be the complete opposite of the truth. Hololive talents are dramatically overhyped, and the best streams are to be found elsewhere.

Just yesterday I was watching Pippa be toxic in lego shooters until she got banned from the server. And Miori drunkenly show off her panties before privating the stream out of embarassment. Or watch Amiya's incredible 90's karaoke, she's a better singer by far than anyone in Hololive.

That picture you posted is a Japanese girl, so you won't be watching her unless you're Japanese. Hololive has 30 japanese streamers. But for English speakers there's greener paturw's elsewhere there's greener pastures to be found elsewhere outside of Hololive's very meager English branch.
