When the song is just wigger shit like Calli's you don't need to care about the scene the MV is trying to show, it's all just for monkeys to clap and be hypnotized with, but I couldn't relate the lyrics to what was happening on the screen.

What the fuck are the floating, matte CGI rocks doing to help enhance the story? Why the overreliance on static text to show distortion and dread when a correctly drawn expression of red gura would have done it better? The images chosen look like they were taken at random and were the closest they could get, not ones actually made specifically for this vid.

Palette is still the undisputed GOAT of holo MVs while this one is probably at the bottom. Not for the quality of the song, but the bad decisions that surround literally everything else.

The MV is the same thing that we've seen plenty of times before, both in Hololive and outside of it, but made worse by the fact it's so fucking forgettable; I remember Play Dice more than this one, and I haven't watched Play Dice since it debuted. If Cover commisioned it (which I doubt), then they really fucking cheaped out; If Gura commisioned it then I really don't know why it came out as forgettable as it did, moreso when she has a good amount to talk about its themes when it dropped, and she could've just thrown money at getting a more animated video considering she's not hurting for cash if chumbies are telling the truth.

If she sat on a subpar end product for months when it was done ages ago then she deserve to get told that there are people disappointed by it. You don't see people getting as disappointed about Mori's UnAlive despite it arguably having one of the most dogshit MV. They just called the MV bad and made fun of how chuuni it is but that's the extent of it. Because it didn't sit around long enough to generate some kind of public perception it would be stellar MV.
