Classic example of a palette being too refined for one's own good. She places a lot of emphasis on the purity of form, limiting loli to that which is solely - or at least primarily - loli in concept. By any reasonable definition oppai loli, garbage though it is, is still ultimately loli, but she separates it by virtue of its emphasis on the non-loli characteristics. Similarly, she separates all lolis with overriding archetypes or characteristics from the collective whole. In short she is defining loli as "that which can be considered nothing other than loli" as opposed to "that which, by virtue of its characteristics, must be considered loli".

TLDR good taste and a refined palette, but ultimately wrong in principle.

Limiting it to such strict definitions like, legal loli is not loli or oppai loli is not loli is detrimental for the culture surrounding lolicon. It's wide range of subjects allows many people to get their flavor of what they want while excluding all the bullshit.
