When you immerse yourself in two different streams, your mind can lose track of what's happening, and if you're engaging with chat simultaneously, your mind crosspollinates ideas and thoughts between the two streams, thereby planting seeds that may bring forth new fruit and possibly new viewers to the other playing streams without them even knowing. A kind of "equilibrium" is established and while it mostly affects only the viewers, it could have wider implications that affect the streamer. It's still a trial-and-error process, overall. As far as I know you can't do that, unless you somehow force something in the app that would permit you to launch two streams at the same time. Once you play one, the other stops. Yeah I tried to do it several times with Pekora and Akirose's streams but that doesn't work at all.

I regularly do. On my tablet though, I'm not a stinky phonefaggot.
Use a floating web browser or 2nd browser in windowed mode, good times.
A lot of people don't realize this is possible in native Android.
Open app. Either drag from the top left in to the middle, or hold the app drawer button. Congrats, you now have windows.
You can make life easier by using something like Floating Apps, Overlays or similar to make your own apps shortcuts to open in windowed view by default.
Android 7+ if I remember right.
No root needed either.
