The secret is to spend less effort than them.
During the moona loops I kept two or three images ready that showed a positive interaction, a few clicks and no more "they hate each other omg".
After a while they'll either switch or try to force it and others will call them out. Time to just ignore at that point since the loop is dead anyway and baiting (you)s is their version of the low effort attack.

Also NTA, but Xbox controllers are one of the easiest controllers to get working on a PC. Can't speak to current Windows, but they always had decent joypad support in Linux and responded well (compared to Bluetooth based shit like Switch controllers and PS[45]).

Kiara has a pretty large catalogue at this point, covering a bunch of genres, so to an extent it depends on what you enjoy watching.
JRPGs are definitely her longest series, of which Ryza, Yakuza, and (/v/-purists' aside) Zeldas were pretty good. I'd recommend her Link's Awakening playthrough, if that's your kind of game.
It was universally good, relatively recent so you're getting 2022 Kiara, not 2020/2021 Kiara (which was also good, but misses out from how she's grown since debut in some cases). Later Alligator (as >>20126039 pointed out) was also really good, and that was just this week.
Other than that, her Minecraft streams are pretty good, the Mesa stream with Ina was great. If you're in a music mood, she has some really great karaokes, maybe youtube-search some clips of the recent ones.

I think it's hard to say.
Mori is the likeliest to leave first but she also benefits tremendously from being here.
This is basically Kiara's dream, or as close as she can get to it, so who knows when she'll want to stop.
This is also Gura's dream (mostly just the singing/dancing virtual idol part), so same.
Ame is a streamer one way or the other, she might get sick of corporate stuff, or she might not.
Ina already has a stable job and does this as a side thing for fun, she might eventually get tired, or she might not, who knows.
