You can kinda recreate the box the same way that VSPO is currently doing but actually being able to duplicate it wholesale I think is impossible. Holo's Gen system starting with gamers and the 1 month collab ban starting with Gen 3 are very integral to the box because it allows each talent and generation to develop their own audience before joining the greater whole. You also need superstar level talent to carry the whole (e.g. Pekora) since their the ones who will be the main source of a new audience to the low to low mid tier chuubas. But most importantly, Hololive's scouting team is still the best in the business (at least the JP team). Collabing constantly is not really the answer since all it does is to funnel the audience to a talent for a short term boost but doesn't ensure a solid incline. It takes more than just streaming long hours, the chuuba actually has to be entertaining enough to keep the audience. Mio is the perfect example of someone who utilized the box and was entertaining enough to keep the audience who checked her out.

Holo has Fubuki. Maybe Kanae is that for Niji? Although with so many people in the company I doubt he or even Mito has as much of an influence to their companies culture as FBK does. I always say whenever the occasional indie start up thread pops up. Instead of trying to find the Next Gura or Pekora, companies should start trying to find their Sora and FBK first. If someone with enough clout and respect was in Cyberlive or Wactor, I doubt they'd have to deal with as much BS as they do now.
