that said, I don't have an issue with people enjoying themselves and having a drink at their own pace, it can be a really good time with friends if the timing right, being casual is fine.
I just really dislike it when people literally poison themselves for an attempt at gaining clout
as a side note, a lot of people already have health problems or have mentioned being on medications they shouldn't use with other substances, and then start drinking on stream and it leaves me feeling concerned me

The problem isn't just the front being dead, it's the back being a pale shadow too. wvt as a whole is fucking dead. I've done as much as I could for as long as I could and now I'm sick of it. Even the ones saying "be the change you want to see" don't do shit. That's my main gripe with wvt. Everyone is always waiting for someone else to do something, and when someone else does do something, the rest sit right the fuck back down to do nothing because whatever needed doing has been taken care of, until the people who did something fucking leave again. From making new threads to managine the divegrass and everything in between, it always falls on a single person to do what the rest of the thread should be doing. As someone who used to be that kind of person, I'm just sick of everyone acting like this is fine.

Hmm, it's hard to say because I almost always avoid watching collabs with EN indies. Symmakos and Megbert had a few good collabs back in the day. Among bigger vtubers I think that Inuyama Tamaki x Kagura Mea/Shigure Ui and Houshou Marine x Pekora are excellent pairings.

I’m more comfortable as an anime person completely detached from my 3D self so this is just more natural to me. Being online all these years has made me pretty comfortable being known as my online handle rather than my real name.

I’m happy that I’m improving my skills in different areas and progress may be slow but it’s better than just living how I did before. Just working and sleeping and eating and watching streams.

I try to when I can, small stuff like liking tweets from people who don’t have an audience yet or replying to them, commissioning artist friends and shilling them, keeping up with everyone’s singing march. I don't think SOVLful lewd art is as effective because the lack of skill clashes with the innate purpose of the art. Whereas with sfw art, it's still possible to get across the emotions behind the piece even if the technical skill isn't there. But if you want to draw coomer stuff don't let your skill stop you, drawing what you want is key to keeping up your practice and improving over time.
