I think Ame would be the only real choice. She might do decent in the reaper body, but her self-doubt and extreme enthusiasm about things she likes would have killed the character. Ame on the other hand is a loose enough concept that I think she could have played off of it. As for Ina and Gura, people said she would have done fine as a loli, but I don't think so. She knows there are plenty of smaller/younger women out there in the world (she got mistaken for being a fucking preteen on her ski trip lol) that she doesn't hate the character type, but I really don't see her being very supportive of the uhooo type people.

Honestly I don't think I would have become a fan of Kiara in Gura's body, but I could be wrong. I think it's a mismatch, that Kiara's got a bit too much too worldweary attitude to make a loli character work.
Ina would be a mistake primarily because it seems perfectly designed for an asian girl. If it were to be a bit more tailored to Kiara she could make it work, but it's also a mismatch.
For Amelia, honestly even Ame wasn't the right pick for her. Ame needed more of a biologist type of a girl or something. She's done conspiracy theory and time traveler, but she's not really much of a deductive reasoning. Same goes for Kiara with one extra snag. You know how this split has been BEGGING for Kiara to stop using the voice? You know how Kiara thinks she can do a British accent? The voice she'd do for Ame would be way worse than the chicken voice. We dodged a bullet.
The best choice is clearly the Reaper, because she would take it in an elegant and serene direction. Her voice would probably go in a more ethereal direction, we would probably love it. She would use the tiara on her head to suggest that she is royalty, since she loves being in charge, as the princess of death. So I think she'd make this concept work the best.
