It was probably something that started as a poorly done doodle, and Gyari drew a literal interpretation of the shitty drawing because "this is what you asked for, right?". Pikamee then loved it and started using it a bunch because her sense of humor is on the same level.
So it's basically a sequential line of trolling where the joke ends up being on you, the viewer.

It makes sense, the artstyle resembles Pika's drawings a lot, no wonder she liked it a lot. I find gyaru Tomo oddly cute too but her hair lost a bit too much fluff.
