So I do draw as a hobby and based on what I'm seeing it's not traced but it is most certainly used as a reference in terms of pose and looks.

It's way harder to purposefully trace off model enough to make it slightly different and look good at the same time since your likely to fuck up the anatomy and overall silhouette making it look unnatural. She probably used it as a still reference and copied the general line work by eyeballing it. I do that for fun when I'm rusty and the result is a similar drawing but when putting them side by side you can more easily tell the differences like arms, face, and hands being slightly in a different position, a slight difference in overall style, etc.
