I had a really good stream, numberswise, yesterday. I know it's not good to obsess over them, but numbers are objectively one of the ways to show you're getting more entertaining.
I'd actually made a plan for what was going to happen in the stream - didn't just hit go-live and play games, but had a 'prologue', and it actually worked well.
Just wanted to share because this is three streams in a row with a 2-digit CCV.

I got contacted on hitting 100 followers. They offered $70 per five players, up to twenty, and then $140 for a final ten. No benefit for hitting any past 30.
Requirements were:
- 4 hour stream
- minimum of 2 hours of RSL gameplay
- Can't be 18+ stream. Can't be excessive swearing or blasphemy
- No major shittalking the product. Say something nice, or say nothing
- Watch two of their adverts during stream.

They also did a "spend $49.99 in game and we'll give you $100"
- You had to hit the $70 first goal
- Had to do it on stream
- If a second stream, had to 60 minutes or longer, with 60 minutes of RSL footage

It is kind of selling out, but it's one of the most open sponsorships out there. Most are affiliate programs at best, but RSL had relatively easy to hit goals. You count, yourself, so you just needed four other people to complete to get the money. Also, takes less than 30 minutes (with decent internet) to download and play through the required levels, so it's not too hard for any viewers to do.

From what I've seen, they have different offers based on your band. I was a 100 follower, 4CCV when they reached out; but I've seen others who have a 150 player goal, but I guess a larger payout?

I will also mention that they don't do IP checking or anything for the payout. I found out afterwards that one of my regulars played through it five times for me, and I got all those payouts. However, it might impact future sponsorships, because I've had no other offers (although I'm still only small, with a ~10CCV now(

The only way I can describe it is some kind of streamer’s high where I was just going back and forth with the chat spouting nonsense and all around just having a laugh. You only get paid if five accounts total (including yours) complete the tutorial.
I believe that might have changed to hitting Level 10, but I don't know for sure.
Technically, it would be possible to uninstall the game after your stream, and then play it through again four times to get the payout. I would avoid it, because if they catch you, they'll blacklist you.
But yet, if you only get 3 players, you get nothing.
I was actually quite annoyed that several of my notable viewers didn't play through - it is LITERALLY less than an hour, and you can full-auto a lot of it.

RSL is a game created by a company that literally makes gambling casino machines. They know how to pick at your brain and push the correct buttons to trigger gambling addictions and get you to whale on them.
Also the reason they do it on smaller creators is precisely that. Communities are always tight and want to support their creators so a lot of people bait and end up playing the game, and even if one of them sticks around to whale they already made it worth it for them.

Speaking as someone who was in Zen's social circle way, way back in the VRChat era, some of it is just "basic" depression and another big part of it is not being able to speak in 99% of situations, essentially having zero voice and knowingly being a burden in any social situation that you're a part of because of it.

I know second-hand via people who have worked with her behind the scenes that they're extremely paranoid of any type of reveal, drama targeted at them, etc meaning that a lot of the hate they get is amplified even further. Lots of big creators deal with this but it's anxiety from their first "voice reveal" that went south.
