It really depends on her schedule load and tolerance for what many chuubas would consider endurance streaming. I recall her mentioning wanting to not stream as much as she did last year, those weeks where she was doing like 40 hours of streaming were pretty taxing.
If she's going to do both at once she'll have to do multiple long streams a week or we'll be talking about finishing Yakuza / Elden Ring in like October.
By default, I'd strongly consider Elden Ring for "one-off" / "when I feel like it" territory, not as a completable series because that shit will get hard unless she's going clear off other real commitments to get good at souls-likes.
TL;DR: She should play Elden Ring once or twice more, than not come back to it until like next year, and play Yakuza in the mean time.
