It's really unfair to compare them... it's hard to compare anyone to Coco. Maybe the others who are the "glue" between groups: Marine, Fubuki, Sora, Lamy or Ame. Any of them leaving I would expect it to be in the same amicable as Coco, with just as much outpouring of love.
Look, I don't like GFE stuff and I never "got" Rushia, but she did well on her own terms in her own way. It just was not a way that endeared her to her coworkers, and was not enough to save her from her own mistakes. I once had a coworker whom I really respected, and it turns out behind the scenes he was pulling political shit to try and get me fired, in some weird scheme that he thought would get him promoted. Turns out that everyone except me disliked him (including management), and his schemes only ended in him getting fired. It was painful to go through, but also, while it was happening I sure as shit wasn't thinking "Wow I am really going to miss him!" Even though I still do wish things had ended up differently, if you asked me at the time, I was just shocked and upset.
