I'm actually leaning more to the side of Cover pressing charges against her for damages and she's consulting her lawyer to defend herself. I doubt she's going to fight it, not when Cover likely has damning evidence of her wrongdoing. Cover won't make an accusation of this scale unless they have proof to back it up, otherwise they'd just open themselves up to a crippling lawsuit. Any fight she puts up against them would be an uphill war. Honestly the best way out for her now would be an out-of-court settlement in private between her and Cover.
