I don't get it, if you're banned in one chuuba's chat because you broke the rules. You're a troublemaker. All chuubas have basically the same rules with a few variations like back-seating or asking personal questions but they're all more or less the same. You're most likely just an asshole that'll keep breaking them and at the very least are someone who should have to be looked out for depending on how egregious it is. Crossbanning isn't something new either, large streamers do it all the time because they don't want assholes in their community

In the scene, there is a shot of a farm store with the title "Sneed's Feed & Seed." This is pretty funny because the words rhyme, and Sneed is a bit of a silly name. But if you look a bit closer you can detect the second level of the joke.
Underneath the main name, in smaller lettering, it says "Formerly Chuck's." This is even funnier because it implies the farm used to be called "Chuck's Feed & Seed," and that the owner must have realised it would be better to change the first word to make it rhyme, even though Sneed isn't a real name.
