All you have to do is
>not be boring
>not have an ugly voice
>play video games for a few hours
>talk to your audience or narrate what you're doing
>thank viewers for their simpbux and read their message if you're feeling nice
I can't think of many easier or more enjoyable jobs. 90% of your viewers will be supportive of whatever is is you do and as long as you can put up with a few negative comments and schizos it's pretty easy going. For some companies like vshojo you can literally talk about whatever you want and people will listen and be supportive.

>> No.18933340

Surprisingly there probably are even easier jobs out there, but it does certainly seem like one of the most enjoyable ones you can have, speaking as someone who already likes to shoot the shit and play video games for an audience. I hope I make it into Hololive in the future.

Don't forget you need to be young and attractive in order to succeed. You can't sleep your way into a big company otherwise.

You can be ugly as fuck and old and still make it as a vtuber. It's way easier than being a normal streamer.

Some of them can get away with not even doing half of that and still make a living.
Pic not related of course, haha..

Only Sana and Mori are the boring ones. Even Kronii is funny to watch and i hate Kronii for many reasons

Ina literally carries her vtuber career purely from her design, art skills and the fact she's in hololive. She doesn't do anything aside from narrate whatever it is she is playing because she's a hikki and nothing interesting ever happens in her life worth talking about.

>> No.18933706

If you want a good example of what makes for bad entertainment in the general eye, just take a look at Sana. Her inability to play off her audience at all, her general intense focus on the games she's playing, the dropping of any unique or different stream ideas, and the lack of really committing to a streaming schedule are a death knell for most. It takes a lot of work to keep up an audiemce, but some people are built to entertain so they have an easier time doing it and have less burnouts because that's just who they are.

I don't really like the brap rapper Mori, but I can admit when she actually has interest in the subject of the stream, she's great. Stuff like the Adam Sandler watchalong, Mythbreakers, and JoJo talk are all great.

I will say I was super pumped for her during the debut. I chalked up the first couple of streams as new-streamer jitters and the fact that she was playing rythm/platformer games. The Korone Death Cult stream was the nail in the coffin for me. A game that's meant to be you acting spooky scared and bouncing purely off of chats reactions to you and the game, and you can barely talk to them.

You can boil anything down to the sum of its parts and come away with idealized impression of it, especially if you haven’t experienced it yourself. The truth is most of these people are stressed and burnt out and they have a lot to micromanage. They have more to do than sit at their desks and play video games all day

You guys make it sound so easy, but if i had to play games so much it would start to become like a chore. Also you need to talk and be entertaining, that is if you can hold a conversation. Half of you faggots never spoke with anyone for years. And no, schizo rants don't count as conversations.

So yeah, it's easy if you have what it takes, but that applies to all jobs anyway.
