Taking into account the delayed start, I think something went wrong where she usually streams, like an internet outage. She then had to go to a semi-public place and sat in a corner. But then people may have gone over and sat in her corner so she had to swap into stealth mode. It's the only thing that explains camera + voice shutting off. She was then able to come back a bit later, so maybe it was a restaurant. She wasn't hosting so all she really needed was iPhone + a tablet or something.

I'm pretty sure that'd be impossible to do in a McDonald's or something and not get hugely noticed. What it might be would be like a private room at a uni library or something but if other people suddenly sat down next to her or something she had to shut up and act natural in front of her laptop.

Most likely though is because she is apparently like 19 (at least she implied she is in that room review with mori) that her family was being loud or demanded she come to dinner or something and didn't give a shit about the stream going on.
