Even until this day the existence of this person infurates me.
I understand the concept of giving Omega a persona like A-chan since he is the head of EN behind the scenes. But that's the problem, I am sure he is busy as a manager that he barely does anything with the persona that was given to him. He doesn't do monthly streams like A-Chan, doesn't talk and rarely promotes EN streams.

It really makes me wonder why they even did it besides Lore shit since they have been trying to push that hard with the EN branch.

The thing that should be hated about Omega in this incident is that it proved him to be a categorically incompetent manager. A managers job is to avoid shit that can cause pr problems, make sure things to smoothly, and help the talent when they need help or assistance in anything. Here he showed he can't even manage himself, because he said that shit ON TWITTER, the site with constant gender shit on full blast at all hours of the day. A-chan didn't do monthly streams at the start either or use her persona; she actively fought against it for a long while because she didn't like being in the spotlight.
That being said, she was somewhere who was there from the very start back when the kayfabe was "we're streaming in her basement lol!" and clearly meant at least something to Sora and later the rest of the group before growing into her own as an entertainer, so her doing all of those things makes sense. But Omega was just a random hire, no different than Noor.
