Hololyzer captures that data for the Holo side, and it does a good job at it. There's nothing for the NijiEN side though, so I've been playing around and scraping some of their bigger streams when im bored. IRyS stream was unarchived, so there is no way to scrape the chat log.

I don't scrap much HoloEN since it's all on Hololyzer. HOWEVER, there is some nice data but only when you scrape multiple streams over a period of time(like over 30 days to see unique memberships or different tiers of memberships). Here are some older numbers:

Kronii: Data from 9-21 to 10-20, memberships focus. These numbers are from chat only, so actual numbers are higher.

9,203 unique members in chat, VERY likely she hit 10k+ members during this time frame.
173 Tier 2 members (includes those that upgraded).
133 Tier 3 members(includes those that upgraded).

Twitch takes 50% from subs. There is a higher tier 30% cut but you need 4000 subs (rumored to be 2000 now maybe), and to be Partner to get it. Twitch Partner means you are contractually bound not to livestream on any other platform unless you have a non-standard contract.
They don't take any money from bits (equiv to superchats) but they charge a ~40% markup to purchase bits in the first place, so the effective cut to Twitch is 30%.
They pay a flat CPM on ads, which is supposedly as little as 10% of the actual ad revenue their ad deals bring in, however those numbers aren't public so all you have are insiders going "ha ha I know and I can't tell here's a hint". So their ad cut is potentially 70-90%.
Meanwhile YouTube's cut is close to a flat 30% on everything, which is is absolutely better than Twitch unless Twitch audiences give more money, and the ad revenue is much more generous and more views are monetized.

The things Twitch have going for it are Twitch Prime, which means anyone paying Amazon for delivery/videos can throw a "free" sub your way, and sub gifting - though old school Twitch streamers will say that sub gifting just deprived them of the $1k+ donators from the old days when people used paypal rather than encouraging more spending.

1. The second tier of Partner where it's a 30% Twitch cut instead of 50% for subs, requiring a certain subcount in the first place.

One other thing about Twitch accounts is if you are big elsewhere and have an agency or business representative it's apparently easy to bypass their monetization requirements and other bullshit like getting shadowbanned because your viewership is too high too fast, with an email from the business. In the vtuber sphere Projekt Melody was partner before her first stream, so the bar isn't even that high. That's probably why management needs to be involved in setting up Twitch accounts.

We've had numerous examples of Holos reuploading streams because of something dumb and they rarely crack 100k views, whereas a 10k stream for 3-4 hours, is already easily 200-300k VOD views.
Kuzuha is the poster boy of getting 1 mil stream VODs by doing 9-10 hour streams with 20-30k CCV.

Its weird but I think when it comes to Luxiem vs. HoloEN I think the dynamic of HoloJP vs. NijiJP is going to be completely reversed. We all know that NijiJP goes ham on events for superchats but doesn't have near the daily consistency that HoloJP has but HoloJP doesn't have the high ceiling that NijiJP has (Coco's graduation notwithstanding).

I think the EN branches are going to be the same way. We have seen some of the HoloEN talent put up some ridiculous superchat totals on events streams that I don't think Luxiem will ever match.
