I've never streamed myself and I don't use Discord, but from what I understand the following conditions must have been met for the DM to appear on the stream:
>she had the guy as a friend on her Discord account that's meant for work
>she had desktop notifications turned on for Discord
>she was recording her entire screen with OBS instead of just the game window
That's a lot of blunders for someone who's been doing this for two and a half years. It definitely should be the responsibility of Cover and the managers to make sure these girls at least know how to stream properly. They're big girls, they're capable of learning things. Take one day to teach them and you can avoid disasters like this.
