I think that might due to overwork. She's been missing at minimum a week each from the 2nd half of 2021 with cons, that one family problem, and getting meeting request on Japan time and not her time which also messes with her sleep schedule. It also looks like we're also going to miss a week each of content from January and February as well for this year when we thought the sick leave would be done with but that doesn't seem to be the case. It would be a good month if she can just have a regular schedule without any problems occurring where she had to take a break to recover and that doesn't seem like that will happen any time soon.
