Not the biggest fan but I think the important thing is the impact on streams.
If we're not hearing unnecessary things about it, streams aren't being cut halfway because of family emergencies or whatever and she's still capable of being as entertaining then it doesn't matter.
In fact it's legitimately a good thing since it increases the chances she will be around for a long time while also being satisfied with life.
