Picrel is some stats from a Hololive clip channel.
It's more or less on par with what I've seen from all other Holo clippers so it should be somewhat accurate, give or take some %s in the older ages.

There is some spread of age, really. But in each site if you run a poll it will be different as the site itself skews the results.

Anime at this point is old in many places, meaning there have been even times where it was more mainstream even than now(depending on country).
