1) It's a lot of fun I love the idea especially since I used to mess around with saltybet a lot. I'm not big on real life gambling because I never win when real money is on the line.
2) I'd like to see classic game races like first to beat Episode 1 of Doom or something similar. Punishments should always be something that takes the other person out of their comfort zone and try new things.

RL stuff is off since it involves chuubas, so either some video game challenges, or something like graded karaoke, where both sing the same song and software or whatever grades them who sang it better. Punishments just as that one anon said, whatever takes them out of their comfort zone, but obviously not something rude or outright mean.

Not a bad take at all. A png with multiple different images is more expressive than a live2d I think. A lot of pngtubers just have the two static images though, which is also good, but there's a lot of potential that at the moment only snake is making proper use of as far as I know.

you can't actually do this with vroid, you'll need to do that in blender. ahoges are impossible with how hair is attached on a morphed plane. same with "adding" features like animal ears or a tail. you can scuff it, but it almost never works.

Most Vroids suck a lot and need a ton of work to look good, but on the other hand 90% of L2D models look similar and are badly rigged. In the end, if you can work hard anything will look good regardless of the software created in. VRoid is only worth it in my opinion if you can make something good (picrel) or if you have the proper equipment to take advantage of the features a 3D model has over a 2D model.
