Sure, all rrats and stumbles in the beginning nonwithstanding, they seem to be doing relatively fine and stable now, certainly not the dumpsterfire they were being doomposted about.
As for whatever it takes to get them taken off the blocklist, I guess there's not much they can do besides just stay stable and prove themselves reliable and trustworthy, and over time maybe the others (especially Tsun) will get over themselves. Cyberlive meanwhile is also making connections with indies and twitchtubers, sure partly out of necessity because of the cartel, but it's also not a bad move because the other agencies all collabing with each other is just circulating the same limited incestuous viewer pool

Technically they do allow them, but only in groups (so basically same as Kawaii but with some leeway to not miss many network chances).
Non, though, has gone out of her way to interact one on one with males outside actual collabs, like dragging them into her antics or getting in the lobbies of viewer participation streams and opening vc and talking sometimes, but she is pretty much confirmed to do whatever she wants so she's not exactly a representative of the company in that regard.
