You're looking for a music producer then. Those kind of people are usually not suited for streaming. I'd personally search for people who can sing, play instruments, and probably the most important: put on a show.
I'm still waiting for someone who can turn the rainy season into a rainy days singing with guitar (ASMR-ish), or someone who can re-arrange popular songs into other genres like jazz, bossa nova, or just plain acoustic.

All I can hope for in regards to en is
They get separate EN management and they DON'T get Omega involved ANYWHERE, his "holostars are hololive" make me worried about this.
They solidify themselves as their own thing and don't get involved with the girls too soon, or too often.
They don't make them painfully gay like the nijis. It would be a major flop and may even discourage others from joining future gens if they push it too hard.
Beyond that they don't have to be amazing, just good enough to make a positive impression. They can take their time on future gens to put together something more like a dream team.

We know the Stars aren't a bunch of vapid boy-band types, but a lot of people will not give them the chance in the first place. I think a bigger issue is that the boys don't benefit from their company brand like the girls do, or the same way Niji talents do. Holopro's audience are mostly female idol fans, a lot of those type of people, even if they're not antis, won't be interested in male idols.

Imho, it just that the male idol crowd aren't that interested to holostar, cause Sutapri exist and really popular. Like any other genre, there are big franchises for 2d male idol but there's also plenty of failed 2d male idols. Holostars are kinda in the middle where they have some dedicated fanbase but not really popular yet.
