I'm conflicted. On one hand I want everyone to succeed and make it big, but on the other I really like how things are now. Comfy chats, comfy times, small corpo unity, a community that's small enough to be (relatively) comfy but big enough to not feel lonely, etc. That and actually being able to interact with the streamer. I kind of just want things to stay this way, but I fully realize maybe the talents want to go big and go full-time, and I still wish for their success too.
I feel like if us or one of the other small corpos hit Holo/Niji/Vshojo levels of popularity then I'd probably just go back down to keep rooting for the underdogs.

Yeah, this is just the reality of the small corpo experience. As someone that has watched Mio since her debut, I always knew that it was just a matter of time until she'd blow up. Of course I'm happy for her and I couldn't be more proud to be a guildmate, but I do also miss the days when she was smaller and would actually read my chats aloud. I know she tries her best to respond to as many of us as she can, but with her current CCV being in the hundreds, it's just not feasible. Fortunately, the other members are still small enough that I can always stop by their streams if I'm really craving parasocial interaction, but I know that eventually they'll get big one day too. I hope they do, they deserve it. I'll continue to support them all regardless, but I can't deny that it does detract from the experience.

I think Meru would handle explosive growth a lot better. She's used to being on stage as the center of attention, and she puts a ton of effort into her content, which is always branching in new directions. Purin strikes me as someone who only got into VTubing to make friends and nothing more. I love her and her content, but the pressure of mounting viewership would more than likely cause her to retreat into her inner circle. Besides, most of Meru's insecurities now stem from her numbers being lower than she thinks they should be. Pump those up and we'd truly see her at her full power

About the NijiKR thing? Two more members (SiuLee and KoYami) are graduating due to management incompentece (something very common in KR, seriously that branch's management makes the management of these startups look like total profesionals) in combination with a drama related to a member of the branch that's getting out of hand and in general things are looking more and more bleak for the branch with each passing day due to continuos problems that pop up quite often, ranging from management incompetency to attacks from the community.

You know how you forget dreams once you wake up? I can only tell you the bits and pieces of it but we went on some dumbfuck adventure together where for the first half I don't even remember what the hell we were doing. In the second half Pekora stole *some* plot device from *someone* and was going to use it to unleash *some* kind of chaos and we had to find her, but she made it damn near impossible because she enlisted the help of a whole fucking army of people that looked like her, all wearing different outfits. So finding the real Pekora among the sea of impostors was the major conflict in this story. I'm not making this shit up I swear. Somehow it also ended up with us running into my high school bully and me making up with him because he apologized truly and wholeheartedly to me. And with his help and some other side characters we somehow managed to solve the issue.

The ONLY constant was regardless of whatever the fuck we were doing, Miori was there with me through the entirety of it all. There wasn't even any GFE up until this point, but at the end it was just me and her, alone in my room at night. We said our wistful goodbyes and she stepped into a portal and returned back to her world, but a few minutes later she came back, telling me something was wrong. Then we sat there on my bed together in the dark, and just talked. We talked about our insecurities and our burdens, our life experiences, the expectations placed on us by others. Shit you would only say to the people absolutely closest to you. There was no cuddling or kissing or flirting or anything, it just felt like a really deep, special moment between ourselves. She asked me if there was something I was keeping from her, if I had some deep underlying pain I was too afraid to consult anyone about, and asked me to tell her. I felt myself starting to tear up a little, and then I woke up.

Eh, I doubt it, with Tsun's state being also kind of... unstable, I doubt anyone from a corpo like Nijisanji would give much of a look towards it, much less to consider joining, especially considering tha Hari and Hada are the only ones really fluent in english, (with Chiho and Suha as somewhat far seconds afaik) so most would probably prefer to go indie or go with one of the recently emerging KR vtuber groups which have been doing quite well recently, that or go to one of the other Nijibranches if things don't go too south.
But that all is still on the realm of impossibility, KR's future is uncertain as fuck and some of the members seem pretty determined to keep going until the end.
