If it happens it'll probably take months to organise and actually happen, then it'll just be a bit bland since they won't be able to communicate at all. Maybe there'll be some funny moments and new fans for both of the two will be born.
Overall, it won't change much or become a regular occurence, more of a novelty event.

You probably move in different circles. She's massive in her own domain but I doubt someone who mainly follows vtubers would know much about her.

That said, I think as far as collabs go, Valkyrae would be one of the "safer" ecelebs to go with. She is really family-friendly and quite milquetoast. It would be minimal drama and the potential for Pekora to grow her audience and reach would be huge.
