That's just a coincidence anon. In the past there where different streams she cancelled a couple of times the only connection is that those are often streams that would be shorter. She usually really really wants to stream even if she isn't feeling too well and often she feels better while streaming. It's pretty much her best option in those cases if it isn't getting better while streaming she can keep it short and otherwise there's often a longer zatsudan part if she feels better.

It's just pressing buttons and reacting, and she's resisted the conbini dash a few times before (usually by buying the point cards early). Her decision making takes a big drop when she's unwell so zatsudans probably aren't a good idea, and watch alongs bring a whole different set of things to think about.
