Hololive hires multiple riggers, all Niji rigging is done in house, so niji has consistency across their riggins(whether that's good or bad is up to you.)
And she is right, look at Gura and compare her to say Kiara or Mori, or hell any girl rigged by keffy.
The worst thing is, Gura's based model was rigged so badly, that its always gonna follow her, cause all future outfits use the base model as a base to go off then rigging the outfit.

She needs a 2.0 bad, all of nacho's non gura daughters look great.

The one feature that Holo and Niji both should look to adapt into their own tech is the ability to clip things to the model. I've seen some of the small corpo girls do this with props and it helps a lot. Hell one Cyberlive girl clips pngs of clothes onto her model to simulate having different outfits.
