It depends on having access to quality attention from a good psychiatrist and not the bullshit I hear you get in some "first world" countries. I'm proud to say that in my MEXICAN city there's good psychiatrists. First drugs I took when I was underage were too weak to have any effect (fluoxetine). Although I blame more my grim lifestyle. Now early 20s I've taken stronger SSRIs, the first ones gave me mania, so I had to take different ones, it's been a load of bullcrap, but when they work they work. I would recommend that anyone that is going to a sketchy psychiatrist and gets SSRI recommended reads the studies, some are outdated and known to have crappy side-effects. Or just go to one with good reputation.

Lasagna are my absolute favourite but at 3am something lighter would be better, maybe pasta al cartoccio if I have the ingredients for it since it's easy, carlofortina is pretty fast and easy to make. Otherwise aglio olio e peperoncino is a classic.

Anon, cooking pasta is really easy, literally put a lot of water in a pot, wait until it's boiling, throw some salt in and then put in the pasta and wait for 9 to 12 minutes depending on what of type of pasta you used. You also can taste test it at around 9 minutes to check the saltiness and the texture of the pasta.
