The Stars get talked about more on futaba or ocassionally by the main hololive anti thread when there's some main event going on or noteable stream for the boys.

Ignoring a certain yab machine zombie, the collab was pretty cute in how the boys where trying to be gentlemen. It really did seem to vibe with the recent crowning of moomers as a princess. It felt like a bunch of goofballs trying to contain there inner gremlins in the presence of a foreign princess, but then you have the zoombie trying to spark an international incident. I'm sure the boys were nervous about Bae as well, but she speaks jap and is already an admitted fan of the stars. Mumei seemed to have put the fear of God into them a bit. I don't expect to see it happening again anytime soon if at all but I wouldn't mind seeing something like this again later down the line.

Mori doesn't look like the kind that would collab with the Stars for the sake of fun, and considering she's interested in Izuru it's obvious that she's only has eyes for the musically inclined ones. If we go by that process of elimination maybe Astel would be the best one in terms or numbers but his talent is singing, he's not a musician unlike the other two from the singing trio, so it's only the Roid and Shogun and we all know how hard it is to drag Izuru to a non-Stars collab.

Any stream that isn't karaoke or extremely pandering will filter them, and if we take the last big collab as an example only Shien do karaoke streams with consistency. And even then, probably a third of Rikka's content is musical and as I said before he didn't saw any substantial growth out of both collabs with Mori and Spiral Tones, so EOPs by definition are super finicky and really hard to keep if your content isn't mainly in English.

I was mainly talking about the japanese viewers. For the first point, I think Ma-Fia are the ones who fit this case the most. For the second point, Arusan is guilty of this by playing playthrough games/MC/ARK games just after big collabs. Roberu is lazy, but somehow manages to get away with this.
I think that simply doing a zatsudan stream or a oneshot gaming stream should be more than enough to score the goal. Minecraft could alo be considered as a zatsudan in ARN's case, but new viewers can't know this, so it is not the best choice imo.
Now that I am checking Oga's channel, I see a strong growth because he exactly did this after the Gartic stream.
